About the Role:
As a vital member of our service team, as Server Assistant at Bar Sprezzatura, you will set the stage for unforgettable dining experiences. With a passion for food, beverage, and genuine hospitality, you’ll bring energy, attention to detail, and teamwork to every shift while supporting seamless service in a high-volume, fine dining environment.
Responsibilities
Support the service team to ensure smooth, efficient service in a high-volume, fine dining environment.
Contribute to a positive guest experience through attentive hospitality, teamwork, and accuracy in service delivery.
Assist servers and other team members as needed to maintain guest satisfaction and operational flow.

What you bring to the table
1-2 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining, high-volume atmosphere
Exceptional communication skills
Prior experience as a busser or server assistant in a full-service restaurant
Ability to learn and retain information quickly
Intellectual curiosity
Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team
Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time
At least 16 years of age
Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
Pay rate: $19.18/ Hourly
