Tripalink is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our Seattle team. This role is responsible for guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, managing incoming leads, and ensuring a seamless move-in experience. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about real estate and property leasing.

Responsibilities

Leasing & Sales: Engage and follow up with prospective tenants via phone, email, and online platforms to schedule tours and secure leases

Leasing & Sales: Conduct property tours (in-person and virtual) and present available units in a compelling and persuasive manner

Leasing & Sales: Maintain thorough knowledge of all properties, amenities, pricing, and availability to effectively match prospective tenants with suitable homes

Leasing & Sales: Promote vacant units through various advertising channels, including social media, online listings, and community events

Leasing & Sales: Track and manage leads in CRM systems to ensure consistent follow-ups and maximize leasing conversions

Leasing & Sales: Stay informed about market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor offerings to optimize leasing performance

Customer Service & Tenant Relations: Provide top-tier customer service to current and prospective residents to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention

Customer Service & Tenant Relations: Assist in lease renewals by proactively reaching out to residents and discussing renewal terms

Customer Service & Tenant Relations: Address tenant inquiries regarding leasing policies, rental terms, and move-in/move-out procedures

Administrative & Compliance: Prepare and process lease agreements, addendums, and other necessary documentation in compliance with leasing regulations

Administrative & Compliance: Ensure accuracy and completeness of all lease files and tenant records

Administrative & Compliance: Understand and apply basic landlord-tenant laws, residential real estate regulations, and fair housing policies

Administrative & Compliance: Coordinate with the property management team to facilitate move-ins, check-outs, inspections, and maintenance requests

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience: 1+ years in leasing, real estate, property management, or sales-related fields

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the leasing and marketing teams

Knowledge of leasing software and CRM tools (e.g., AppFolio) is a plus

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite

Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace) for lead generation

Preferred: Mandarin Speakers

This salary estimate is calculated on an hourly base salary plus monthly commission.
