As a Recruiter at BRIX, you\'ll develop business, build candidate pipelines, and guide top talent through their next career move - all within a collaborative, high-performance team environment. Key Responsibilities
Prospect and connect with decision-makers
through strategic outreach and referrals Champion career moves: position opportunities as high-impact, not just "jobs" Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through smart sourcing and real conversations Conduct interviews to assess skillset, track record, and alignment Manage expectations, communicate clearly, and deliver results that drive repeat business Why BRIX?
