A fast-growing HVAC solutions firm is expanding in the Pacific Northwest and looking for a Sales Engineer who can own a territory, build influence with engineers and contractors, and drive equipment sales from concept to commissioning.
What You'll Own
Develop and deepen relationships with mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, and building owners
Identify, pursue, and close HVAC equipment opportunities
Support system design, equipment selection, and specification strategy
Prepare proposals, estimates, and take-offs
Manage projects from design development through startup and commissioning
What Makes You a Fit
Mechanical Engineering degree or strong HVAC field/applications background
5+ years in HVAC sales, applications engineering, or system design REQUIRED
Comfortable presenting to engineers and influencing specifications
Organized and able to manage multiple projects without dropping details
Driven, competitive, and relationship-focused
