We are seeking a seasoned Lead Construction Superintendent to oversee large-scale K-12 ground-up school projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing complex educational construction programs, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Direct daily field operations and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel. Ensure compliance with construction plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols. Manage schedules, budgets, and resources for multiple trades simultaneously. Serve as primary point of contact for owners, architects, and general contractors. Mentor and develop field staff to foster high-performing teams. Qualifications
