
ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER

Overview
As the Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating many of the day-to-day tasks and accounting functions necessary to effectively operate our 103-unit upscale/luxury condo development. In addition, you will help foster a positive culture by building strong, responsive relationships with homeowners and employees. All of your endeavors as Assistant Property Manager should support the Property Manager's efforts and elevate Maryland Walk as one of the most sought-after condominium buildings in St Louis. This position also provides the potential opportunity to assume additional responsibilities, including the
opportunity for advancement . This position includes
100% of employee\'s health insurance costs
and
year-end bonus . Qualifications
Candidate is an effective problem solver, excellent communicator, and a naturally positive, friendly person. Must be able to produce accurate work under deadline in a fast-paced environment. Must be detail-focused and trustworthy when following through on promises made. Prefer a minimum of three years recent relevant property management experience. Background check and drug screening required. Job Responsibilities
Ensures accurate timesheet entries for MW employees and timely processing by payroll company. Coding and submitting invoices for payment in the same month they are budgeted. Reviews financial statements, notes deviations from budget with explanation. Assists with the preparation of the Annual Operating Budget. Provides administrative support to the Property Manager as it relates to day-to-day operations and progression of Capital Projects. Acting as first point of contact for maintenance requests and other concerns brought by homeowners. Building Link software utilized for daily operations; previous knowledge a plus. Writing clear and succinct emails to be distributed to all homeowners about important dates and instructions. Attends monthly executive session and Board of Managers meetings. Present and takes minutes at Board Meetings, providing meeting minutes to the Board of Managers for approval on a timely basis. Coordinates all calendars and sends meeting calendar invitations, ensuring all parties are informed of meeting dates. Managing reservations for the Guest Suites, Rooftop, Board Rooms and Service Elevator. Supervises the part-time front desk personnel and custodial personnel, ensuring premier service and building care throughout all shifts. Coordinating staff and set up for homeowners holding events on the Rooftop. Maryland Walk may revise this job description from time to time as business needs require.
