Evaluates and treats patients in a home setting Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR Having your own equipment including smart devices and a blood pressure monitor Treating Hospice patients Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy Education and/or Experience: New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists Actively licensed as a Physical Therapist Job Type
PRN — a per diem, on-call pool of therapists who work as needed, with flexible scheduling PRN roles offer autonomy and diverse experiences, with varying hours and potential for different assignments Compensation:
up to $110/eval + 2 units
