Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Consultant role located in Boise, ID. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for assisting potential and current residents, managing leasing agreements, and maintaining positive resident relationships. Duties include conducting property tours, ensuring lease completion, addressing resident inquiries, and contributing to resident retention initiatives. The role also involves providing superior customer service and ensuring a seamless leasing process. Qualifications
Expertise in Leases, Lease Administration, and related property management practices Strong skills in Resident Retention and Customer Service to ensure positive tenant relationships Excellent Communication skills to engage with potential and current residents professionally and effectively Ability to work collaboratively with on-site teams and contribute to a cohesive community environment Proficiency with property management software or similar systems preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in leasing or real estate are a plus
