Role Description
This is for a full-time, on-site role for this coming June 2026 of a Leasing Professional located in Spring, TX. The Leasing Professional will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to prospective and existing residents, managing the leasing process from inquiry to move-in, ensuring smooth lease administration, and assisting with daily property operations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining high resident retention rates and representing the community with professionalism and enthusiasm. Must work weekends. Qualifications
Proven experience in Resident Retention and the ability to foster positive resident relationships Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively address resident and prospective resident needs Experience with Leases and Lease Administration, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing lease agreements Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work as part of a team and support overall community success Proficiency with property management software is a plus Previous leasing, real estate, or property management experience preferred
