The Role:

Peregrine is seeking an Ohio Growth &Engagement Lead to accelerate our expansion across the state by building high-leverage relationships with state leaders and turning those relationships into real market outcomes. This is not a traditional policy role.It’sagrowth rolefor someone who understands how Ohio government works—and knows how to convert state priorities, funding structures, contracting pathways, and policy windows into opportunities. Unlock statewide growth by building durable partnerships with Ohio leaders and charting the funding, contracting, and policy pathways that enable Peregrine’s products to scale across the state. WhatYou’llDo: Driveexponentialstatewide growth byidentifyingand shaping opportunitiesto solve hard problemswithlargeOhio agencies (e.g., OHAGO, OHSP, OHEMA, OHDRC, major counties/cities)anduncovering waystofund the deployment of Peregrine across many local agencies. Serve as the face of Peregrine to state andlocalofficials,influencers, as well as 3rdparty advisors and lobbyistsand any other external partiesrequiredto succeed Build trusted relationships with senior state and local officials—and convert them into concrete opportunitiesand deployments. Map Ohio’s strategic priorities (e.g.,public safety, emergency management, data modernization, AI governance) to Peregrine’s products to create actionable go-to-market pathways. Turn policy developments, funding opportunities, and procurement routes into revenue-driving initiatives. Work cross-functionally with Growth,Customer,Marketing, CommunicationsandProduct teamsand align resourcesto accelerategrowthand shorten the path from introduction to deployment. Develop compelling materials—briefings, GTM plans, proposals—thatcapture wins, communicatevalueand enablepolitical leaders and agencyexecutives understand the operational impact of Peregrine’s technology. Lead high-leverage engagements (roundtables, executive briefings, workshops) thatfueladoption. Manage external partners, advisors,lobbyists,and consultants who can help accelerate growth across Ohio. About You:

Intimate understanding of the issues and challenges facing public safety community specifically as well as state and local government broadly paired with a vision and passion solving them at scale. 7+ years in government partnerships, public-sector business development, or state-level strategy within Ohio. Proven ability to turn government priorities, funding flows, or legislative/policy windows into commercial opportunities. Strong relationships or working familiarity with Ohio state agencies and their decision-making processes. Executive level verbal and writtencommunication, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills. Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in a fast-paced,high-expectation,mission-driven environment. Skilled translator of complexand technical concepts into digestible stories and information forlawmakers Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable) Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific work location.
