We are looking for a Benefits Administrator for a 3 month leave replacement. We have a long relationship with this client and can share that the HR team, leadership, and culture/mission are wonderful. Workplace:

This is hybrid while coming up to speed and then can be remote. Pay:

$55 per hour (W2) Benefits Administration

Process UKG benefit new employee enrollments, current enrollment benefits changes. This includes all entries necessary for payroll processing. Submit COBRA changes to COBRA TPA. Send email notification to employees being COBRAd who are out on leave and not eligible for benefit continuation. Re-enroll employee returning from leave back onto benefits. Send employees on leave emails for benefit premium payments due. Run monthly UKG Benefit Enrollment reports to complete benefit invoice reconciliation and submit benefit vendor invoices to Accounting team and Avid for payment. Communicate with employees and benefit vendors as needed to resolve employee questions and/or issues. Workers Compensation Administration

Review and file Activity Prescription Forms (APF) and communicate limitations & restrictions to leaders and TMPS as needed. Submit Employer information specific to workers compensation claims to Workers Comp TPA. Enter work incident detail into UKG OSHA Module. Complete Healthicity Employee illness/injury incident reports.
