Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Travel Construction Superintendent
to lead commercial and retail construction projects, including remodels and tenant improvements. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable traveling within the region as project needs dictate.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily field operations for multiple commercial and retail projects.
Manage remodels and tenant improvement projects from start to finish.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to ensure project schedules and quality standards are met.
Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Monitor project budgets, materials, and equipment to optimize efficiency.
Provide clear communication and reporting to project management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial and retail projects.
Strong knowledge of remodels and tenant improvement workflows.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel as needed for project oversight within Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
Proficient with construction management software and tools (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) preferred.
