
Senior Specialist - Event Services

About the Role:
You will deliver registration services, attendee experience, and operational coordination for conferences, meetings, and events. You will operate independently within established guidelines, managing assigned tasks end-to-end while collaborating with our teams and external partners whilst following organizational standards, budgets, and event timelines. You will report to the Senior Manager - Conference Operations Management and use a hybrid remote/in-office work schedule.
You Will:
Manage pre-event and on-site registration operations to provide a high-quality attendee experience.
Maintain data integrity and compliance standards in partnership with Registration Services.
Support participant portal development including attendee-facing content builds, testing, and quality control.
Provide planning and coordinate execution of small meetings and event components (venue sourcing, vendor coordination, food and beverage, AV, room blocks).
Ensure operational readiness in consideration of event timelines, service standards, and internal requirements.
Manage purchasing, inventory control, and distribution of event supplies
Maintain accurate inventory and usage records and apply cost-effective practices.
Be the contact for vendors supporting registration technology, temporary staffing, and on-site services.
Coordinate on-site temporary staff and volunteers to support registration and attendee services.
Develop and deliver accurate registration, operational, and financial tracking reports for company partners, aligned with conference timelines and standards.
Contribute to budget development, forecast and manage expenses associated with responsibilities
Maintain event-level budget tracking tools, including expense projections and reconciliation, in collaboration with internal partners.
Be the internal liaison to align requirements, budgets, timelines, and operational standards for assigned projects and events
You Have:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event/Conference Management, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of professional experience in event management, registration services, hospitality, or related field.
