Responsibilities As a Lead Manager, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for homeowners reaching out to us or responding to our marketing. Your job is to build rapport, understand their situation, qualify the opportunity, and set appointments for our Home Buying Specialist. This is more than just a remote lead management role. Qualifications
At least 2 years of proven sales experience
Willingness to learn, be coached, stay organized, and work remotely
Strong communication, active listening, and ability to build trust quickly

Compensation
Expected earnings: $50,000–$60,000 per year
