AI Enterprise Client Strategist

I’m partnering with a high-growth, Series A AI platform transforming how leading investment banks, private equity firms, private credit funds and asset managers operate. The firm builds AI-native workflow systems that automate complex research, diligence and client-deliverable processes across institutional finance. Already embedded within Tier 1 financial institutions, they are now scaling their client strategy and engagement function. We are seeking a high-calibre operator from Investment Banking, Private Equity, Private Credit, Asset Management or McKinsey / Bain / BCG to sit at the intersection of finance, strategy and AI execution. The Role You will own strategic enterprise relationships and be responsible for driving adoption, impact and commercial expansion across institutional clients. Core responsibilities include: Managing senior stakeholder relationships across IB, PE, Private Credit and Asset Management Leading onboarding and embedding the platform into complex institutional workflows Translating financial processes into scalable AI use cases, templates and workflows Driving measurable outcomes and long-term client value Identifying and executing expansion opportunities within accounts Acting as the bridge between clients, product and commercial teams Building playbooks, frameworks and operational infrastructure as the company scales This is a commercially minded, client-facing role requiring strong financial domain expertise, structured thinking and execution intensity. Profile 5–8 years’ experience in: Investment Banking Private Equity / Private Credit Asset Management Or McKinsey, Bain or BCG Deep understanding of institutional investment workflows Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Highly analytical and organised Comfortable in fast-paced, high-performance environments Genuine interest in AI’s impact on financial services MBA welcome but not required.
