Pay Range: $98,200 - $117,800

Join us and enjoy these fantastic perks! Job Summary The Product Management Partner will drive the strategic vision, development, and execution of key products in our portfolio. This role will define product strategy, collaborate cross-functionally to guide product development, and deliver high-impact production/solutions aligned with market needs, emerging opportunities, and commercialization goals.
Essential Functions
Translate ideas and customer/market needs into clear, actionable product requirements
Organize, prioritize, and manage development tasks
Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and business stakeholders
Collect input to shape product direction
Measure success using data and metrics
Support planning of both short-term and long-term product goals
Own products/features from ideation to launch
Define and prioritize product requirements and backlogs
Conduct customer interviews and usability testing
Use data to evaluate product success and inform decisions
Contribute to quarterly planning and roadmap development
Other duties as assigned
Essential Functions (Continued) Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or Business-related discipline or the equivalent level of professional experience
5 years of experience in the areas of Product Commercialization, Product Planning, Business Development, Sales, Product Support, or Product Management
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Strong creative and analytical abilities
Strong collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
Preferred Education and Experience Requirements
Previous experience with product development
Experience with a manufacturer of heavy-duty commercial vehicles (semi-trucks, truck bodies, trailers)
Strong track record of delivering high quality, breakthrough products
Language Requirement None
Travel Requirements UP to 10%
