We’re looking for a
Brand Social Media Content Producer
to power our always-on storytelling engine. This role is ideal for someone who understands today’s social landscape, moves quickly with trends, and knows how to translate business priorities into engaging, platform-native content. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love experimenting with formats, and can turn complex ideas into compelling social storytelling. Experience Level / Qualifications:
5+ years of experience creating branded social content (agency or in-house, B2B required; B2C a plus) Strong portfolio showcasing differentiated work across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X Excellent copywriting and editorial storytelling skills Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite Familiarity with social publishing and analytics tools (Sprout Social, Measure Studio, Tubular, etc.) Comfortable working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization Responsibilities:
Lead Social Storytelling
Research and source content ideas aligned to audience interests and engagement goals Partner cross-functionally to develop content aligned with business priorities Manage the editorial calendar and content pipeline Create Platform-Native Content
Produce short-form video, static posts, and carousels across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X Manage content pre-production and production workflows Write compelling, platform-tailored copy Collaborate with videographers and creative partners Monitor emerging platform trends, algorithm changes, and AI impacts on social strategy Recommend and test trend-driven formats backed by insights Measure & Optimize
