Job Title
The position maintains high integrity of customer accounts, and researching pricing agreements and contracts. This role also collaborates and supports various departments to ensure pricing accounts are aligned properly and the pricing aligns with business objectives. Essential Functions may include: Update, complete and review customer accounts to ensure proper alignment of accounts by analyzing bill of lading, quote requests, customer pricing agreements and contracts. Research and provide root cause analysis to resolve pricing issues on customer accounts Required Knowledge, skills and abilities: Thorough knowledge of LTL industry, NMFC and Rules Tariffs, Bills of Lading as well as company policies and procedures preferred Proven analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to use decision making skills to resolve problems in a variety of contexts in a fast-paced environment Good Communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of employees and customers Multi-tasked oriented and possess good organizational skills Ability to work independently and as a team member Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to adapt to constant changes in work environment, work assignments, and/or changes in priorities Represent the company in a professional manner at all times ensuring quality customer experience
