Full Time | Base + Commission Rhino Recon is a fast-growing tech startup changing the way home service companies generate business. Instead of knocking doors all day or wasting money on expensive leads, Rhino Recon gives contractors
real data- storm dates, property details, and homeowner contact info- so they can
hunt smarter and close more deals. We work with roofing companies, solar installers, landscapers, restoration contractors and other home service pros who want to take control of their pipeline. We’re looking for someone who is
competitive, outgoing, and hungry to win
to help grow Rhino Recon across the Southeast and beyond. If you like the idea of building something big, moving fast, and getting rewarded for performance, you’ll probably love it here. What You\'ll Do
Reach out to contractors and home service companies who could benefit from Rhino Recon Book product demos and walk prospects through the platform Follow up with leads from events, marketing campaigns, and outreach Help contractors understand how Rhino Recon can grow their business Work closely with our small team to improve the product and sales process Build relationships that turn into long-term customers This is not a boring corporate sales role. You\'ll be part of a small, fast-moving team where your ideas matter and your results are visible. Who We\u2019re Looking For
You might be a great fit if you: Are confident talking to people and building relationships Enjoy sales, entrepreneurship, and competition Are self-motivated and don\'t need someone watching over your shoulder Are comfortable making calls, sending messages, and following up with prospects Want to grow with a company instead of being employee #400 in a giant corporation Proven sales experience is a huge plus. Must be able to do light travel for events. Preferably bilingual, fluent in Spanish. The Opportunity
Rhino Recon is expanding quickly. We are currently live in
12 states and growing every week , with plans to expand nationwide. The right person in this role will have the opportunity to grow with the company as we scale. Compensation
