We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Global E-Commerce Content + SEO Coordinator
to support the Global Digital Team. This role is essential in bridging the gap between creative development and market execution. You will assist in the end-to-end development of digital content supporting global launches, brand campaigns, evergreen initiatives, dedicated site content, and SEO-driven content. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented project coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of the digital asset lifecycle—from initial briefing and photoshoot logistics to final SEO optimization and platform upload. Key Responsibilities
Asset Management & Project Coordination Master Asset List (MAL) Ownership:
Manage and maintain the Master Asset List, a comprehensive document outlining every asset within a campaign, including key objectives, messaging, inclusions, and technical specifications. Timeline Management:
Translate MAL requirements into project management tools to generate deliverables, track feedback, and ensure all global timelines are met. Market Readiness:
Prepare launch documentation and supporting materials to ensure global markets have the necessary tools to implement campaigns locally. Photoshoot Logistics:
Manage preparation for photoshoots, including inventory coordination, tracking materials, and organizing product samples or required items. Copywriting:
Assist in the creation of campaign and SEO content using AI-assisted tools while maintaining brand voice consistency. SEO Blog Management:
Support the end-to-end development and publication of SEO blog content, including content planning, coordinating with writers, and ensuring optimization for search performance. Content Strategy:
Assist with the quarterly planning and development of SEO-driven articles to help maintain brand authority and drive organic traffic. Digital Merchandising & Technical Execution Asset Distribution:
Manage the upload and organization of finalized content within a Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform. Maintain monthly reporting to ensure asset distribution and platform uploads meet requirements. Site Merchandising:
Partner with technical and digital teams to ensure content is accurately displayed and merchandised on the global website. Quality Assurance:
Perform QA reviews, proofreading, and revisions of digital content to ensure a high-quality, error-free user experience. Market Adoption:
Collaborate with global markets to support adoption of centrally produced content and maintain tracking of implementation and performance. Site Auditing:
Conduct regular audits of global websites to ensure launch, campaign, and evergreen content are implemented correctly and aligned with global guidelines. Qualifications
Experience:
1+ years of experience in digital content coordination, creative project coordination, or e-commerce support roles. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with project management tools, DAM systems, or CMS platforms is a plus. Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Tech, Marketing, Creative). Mindset:
Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work independently, anticipate potential issues, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
