Summer Marketing Communications Intern

20–30 hours/week
TDW is seeking a driven, creative
Marketing Communications Intern
to join our corporate marketing team for summer 2026. This hands-on opportunity provides exposure to a variety of marketing activities, including campaign support, content development, brand management, website updates, marketing operations, and analytics. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to gain practical experience while learning how marketing strategies support business growth for multiple TDW business lines.
What You’ll Gain
Support marketing workflows, documentation, and project intake processes
Own and complete a defined marketing project: the intern will scope the project with the marketing team, execute it over the course of the internship, and present outcomes, insights, and recommendations to the marketing team and select company leaders at the end of the summer.
Assist with website and SharePoint content updates
Convert PDFs and gated content into SEO-friendly web pages
Maintain marketing files, assets, and image libraries
Support brand guide updates and content creation (written or visual)
Track and compile basic marketing analytics while maintaining performance tracking spreadsheets
Assist with research projects, surveys, and media materials
Gain exposure to multiple areas of marketing
What We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Media Studies, Advertising/PR, Digital Marketing, or Business
Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and eager to learn
Experience with Canva or Adobe tools
Nice to Have
Familiarity with websites, SEO, Google Analytics, or social media
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Coursework in writing, digital media, or communication design
