Custom Eye Lab is Alaska’s only locally based wholesale optical laboratory, delivering advanced prescription lenses to eye care professionals across the state. By manufacturing lenses in Anchorage, we eliminate the long shipping delays common in Alaska and provide clinics with faster turnaround, premium digital technology, and better patient outcomes.
As demand for locally manufactured lenses grows, we are expanding our team and looking for a highly motivated Sales Professional to help grow our presence across Alaska.
This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing company in a unique market with significant upside potential.
What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for building strong partnerships with optometrists, optical clinics, and healthcare providers throughout Alaska.
Developing and managing relationships with eye care professionals
Identifying opportunities to introduce Custom Eye Lab’s products and services
Presenting tailored optical solutions that improve clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction
Managing client accounts and driving long-term partnerships
Meeting and exceeding sales targets
Representing Custom Eye Lab at industry events and professional meetings
This role is based in Anchorage with a hybrid work structure, including travel to clinics throughout the region.

Qualifications
Experienced in sales, business development, or account management
Skilled in relationship building and consultative selling
Highly organized and self-motivated
A strong communicator with excellent presentation skills
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
Familiar with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
Experience in optical, healthcare, or medical sales is a plus but not required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
