Qualifications
Automotive sales background preferred
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
Strong written and communication skills
Steady work history and the commitment
Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Valid U.S. Driver's license.
Background Check.
Responsibilities
Assisting customers, answering their questions and helping them select a vehicle that is right for their needs
Offering test drives to all prospects and following dealership procedure to obtain proper identification prior to test drive
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory and vehicle features
Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction
Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
