The Growth Lab has an immediate opening for a part-time Website Content Coordinator. Under the direction of the Director of Communications, the successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end management of website content to ensure it is timely, accurate, and mission-aligned, while enhancing user experience and accessibility. The Website Content Coordinator will create, edit, and oversee the publication and optimization of content across the Growth Lab’s website, ensuring consistency with branding and messaging guidelines. This position also plays an integral role in supporting digital marketing efforts that broaden outreach to target audiences and drive traffic to the website. This position collaborates with researchers to ensure accuracy. Responsibilities

Ensure the timeliness of content on the Growth Lab’s website, including the upload of publications, news items, events, blogs, and bios; stylistic and grammatical corrections may be necessary. Maintain the Growth Lab’s publications database, including the working paper series. Upload digital media, including videos and podcasts. Optimize images and stock photos; manage the digital assets archive. Monitor and assess the website’s Google Analytics and Site Improve reports and use other measurement tools to increase traffic and improve usability. Support Communications and Outreach Specialist as needed. Contribute to unit goals by accomplishing related duties as required. Basic Qualifications

Proficiency in WordPress and/or other website content management systems. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience in communications, marketing, or related field. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS. Additional Qualifications

Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent planning and organization skills, and keen attention to detail. Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Site Improve). Familiarity with web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG). Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). Understanding of SEO principles and best practices. Must be able to work independently and in collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders. Experience in higher education or a similar work environment preferred. Hours: 8-12 hours per week. Rate: $20-$25 /hour. Term: This is a part-time, temporary position with an initial term of 3–6 months. At the conclusion of this period, the role will be evaluated, and the position will be continued based on business needs and performance.
