As a Meat Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meat products for customer consumption. Your role will involve a variety of tasks including handling, deboning, trimming, tying, grinding, and tenderizing various cuts of meat. In addition to these skills, you will ensure that all products are packaged, weighed, labeled, and priced accurately. You will work with an array of meats such as beef, poultry, pork, lamb, and seafood, and you will have the opportunity to create specialized items like ham and sausage to meet customer demands.
