This is a hybrid inside/outside territory sales position. You’ll: Own and develop a defined market Build your personal brand locally Prospect through direct outreach and referral channels Close consultative deals and grow a recurring book of business Major perk: residual income on closed business. Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience Comfortable with cold outreach and prospecting Client-facing, consultative seller Strong local market connections preferred Self-starter with a competitive edge Able to be in office 3–5 days per week Compensation

$82K base + uncapped commission Year 1 OTE ~$135K Year 2+ realistic earnings $150K–$300K+ Residual structure allows income to compound
