Burlingame, CA Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday Compensation
$30–$32 per hour (or higher depending on experience) Responsibilities
Assist clients with engagement rings and fine jewelry purchases Provide excellent client service and product education Manage day-to-day showroom operations Handle shipping and receiving of jewelry packages Prepare and process shipments securely Refill and organize jewelry displays Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable showroom environment Communicate with clients regarding orders, pickups, and follow-ups Support general operational and administrative tasks Qualifications
1–5 years of full-time jewelry sales experience required Strong communication and client service skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Punctual, reliable, and professional Comfortable working with high-value merchandise Tech-savvy with basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems) Preferred Qualifications
Experience in fine jewelry or luxury retail Knowledge of diamonds and engagement rings Experience with shipping or order management systems About the Role
