Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager with a strong sales mindset to own and grow client relationships. This role focuses on analyzing marketing performance, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving long-term client retention, and converting inbound opportunities into new clients. Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts Build strong, long-term client relationships focused on retention and growth Lead regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategy calls Marketing Analysis & Strategy
Analyze campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations aligned with client goals Partner with internal marketing teams to optimize execution Upselling & Revenue Growth
Identify and present upsell and cross-sell opportunities Recommend expanded marketing initiatives based on performance data Own revenue growth targets within assigned accounts Sales & Inbound Conversion
Work inbound sales opportunities and marketing-qualified leads Conduct discovery calls and present tailored solutions Convert inbound opportunities into new clients through consultative selling Client Retention & Expansion
Proactively identify risks and address concerns Develop strategies to increase client lifetime value Ensure clients clearly understand marketing performance and ROI Qualifications & Preferred Background
2–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or marketing Preferred: healthcare, dental, or marketing sales background Strong analytical and communication skills Proven ability to upsell, retain, and grow accounts Comfortable discussing budgets and business outcomes Compensation & Incentives
Commission + performance-based bonuses OTE: $90,000–$120,000+, based on performance
