Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for selling CCL's products. They use their knowledge of CCL’s offerings and understanding of client needs to close sales and maintain customer satisfaction. The inside sales rep will develop new leads, communicate with customers, understand their needs and ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish. The inside sales rep will handle inbound sales leads and convert them into new business opportunities, while also managing customer accounts. You should be able to build trust with clients and adhere to CCL’s sales policies and procedures. The goal of a CCL Sales Rep is to drive business growth by meeting and exceeding sales quotas while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Product Knowledge:
Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of CCL’s products and services. Sales Presentations:
Using effective communication skills to present and sell CCL’s products and services to potential clients. Lead Identification:
Identifying potential customers through lead-generation efforts and qualifying these leads based on interest and purchasing ability. Client Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance throughout the sales process. Opportunity Research:
Researching industry trends and recommending new business opportunities. Customer Outreach:
Reaching out to customers via phone, email, and approved social media channels. Sales Performance:
Meeting or exceeding sales goals tracked through Odoo. Outbound Communication:
Communicating with customers by making outbound calls and following up on leads. Needs Assessment:
Understanding customer needs and identifying appropriate sales opportunities. Customer Support:
Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information via email as needed. CRM Management:
Keeping an accurate and updated customer database within Odoo. Quota Achievement:
Meeting and/or exceeding assigned sales quotas. Marketing Coordination:
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs to support lead conversion. Sales Closing:
Closing sales and guiding customers through the purchasing process. Customer Experience:
Ensuring all customers receive excellent service throughout the entire sales cycle. Required Qualifications
Proven experience (2+ years) as an inside sales rep or similar role. Highly organized and detail oriented. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment. Ability to build rapport with clients. Proficiency in MS Office and Odoo or Similar CRM system. What’s in it for you
