You will work to develop relationships, build visibility, and engage with homeowners and key referral sources. This includes cultivating a network of professional partners and community connections such as civic and historical organizations, homeowners\' associations, builders, engineers, architects, real estate brokers, and insurance brokers, just to name a few. You will be adept at assessing needs, discussing options, and providing thoughtful guidance through decisions involving repair, replacement, preservation, or restoration with clarity and credibility.
