High school diploma or equivalent Ability to obtain Life and Health Insurance license Strong communication and consultative sales skills Comfortable with prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition Basic proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing 1+ year of experience in sales, banking, insurance, financial services, or customer service Active Life and Health Insurance license Interest in securities licensing including Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, or Series 66 Interest in Certified Financial Planner (CFP) track Benefits
