Description

Lead Superintendent for a new $12M / 32‑unit luxury condominium project in East Boston.

Oversee daily field operations, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, and safety compliance.

Ensure top‑tier quality control and timely delivery of all project milestones.

Collaborate closely with ownership, project managers, and stakeholders throughout construction.

Maintain daily reporting, documentation, and communication with internal and external teams.

Lead from the front—hands‑on when necessary while maintaining full operational oversight.

Represent the builder professionally with clients, inspectors, consultants, and vendors.

Uphold site safety standards and ensure all work complies with local and state regulations.

Profile A successful Lead Superintendent - Multifamily should have:

10+ years of Superintendent experience, including Lead/Head Superintendent responsibilities.

Strong background in multifamily construction, ideally high‑end or luxury residential.

Experience running ground‑up projects of similar size/scope.

OSHA certification required; CSL and project management coursework/certifications strongly preferred.

Strong communicator with excellent organization, leadership, and field‑coordination skills.

Ability to manage complex schedules, subcontractor teams, and finish‑driven deliverables.

Must be within 1.5 hours of Boston project sites.

Tech comfort: familiarity with PM tools (Procore or similar) is helpful; willingness to learn required.
