What You’ll Be Doing
Leading field operations on large-scale commercial roofing jobs
Managing foremen and field crews, ensuring productivity and safety
Overseeing labor, materials, and schedules to keep projects on track
Collaborating with PMs, coordinators, and clients to drive results
Representing the company in site meetings with GCs, owners, and engineers
Enforcing all OSHA and job-site safety requirements
Solving problems fast and keeping the job moving
Comfortable with 50%+ travel
Expertise in:
Large-scale commercial roofing projects (reroofing, restoration, waterproofing, and full lifecycle project execution)
5+ years’ experience in:
Commercial roofing industry (multi-million-dollar healthcare, government, institutional, and industrial projects)
Exposure to:
Complex reroofing projects in regulated environments (healthcare, military, education) with strong safety and compliance standards
Working knowledge of:
Commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, Modified Bitumen, Metal, SPF, Green & Solar roofing) and industry software such as Procore and/or The Edge
Education or equivalent experience:
Relevant construction education OR equivalent hands-on commercial roofing & waterproofing experience
Competitive Salary & Bonuses
– $80,000–$100,000 base + annual performance incentives.
