We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Investor Reporting to join our high‑performing team. In this role, the Senior Analyst will play a critical part in ensuring accurate, timely reporting and remittance to major investors such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, and Private Placements. This position is based in our Warrenton, Virginia office.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare, analyze, and deliver investor reporting with precision and timeliness.
Remit funds accurately while ensuring compliance with investor and regulatory requirements.
Research and resolve reporting variances, exceptions, and discrepancies.
Calculate fees and miscellaneous financial items with a high level of accuracy.
Reconcile bank accounts and ledgers using Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) and troubleshoot outages proactively.
Utilize online banking platforms to gather balance reports and process wire transfers and ACH transactions.
Produce supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
Maintain and update departmental procedures to support continuous improvement.
Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required
Three (3) plus years of experience in finance, accounting, or investor reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or another general ledger system (preferred).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience in loan servicing (a plus).
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
A self‑starter with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to contribute positively to a team‑oriented environment.
