VinWorld is hiring Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our fast-growing domestic operations division in Clark, NJ. This role involves the generation of new opportunities by prospecting U.S.-based shippers, uncovering shipment lanes (FTL, LTL, intermodal), freight volumes, and pain points such as capacity or rate challenges
This is a high-energy, performance-driven sales role inside a startup-style environment — backed by 20+ years of global logistics expertise. You’ll have real ownership, visibility, and the chance to make an immediate impact.

The Role
The Role As a BDR, you’ll be on the front lines of VinWorld’s growth, driving new business and building lasting relationships across the U.S.
Day to day, you’ll:
Prospect and qualify new customers nationwide
Identify client needs and sell tailored freight solutions
Own the full sales cycle, from first outreach to deal execution
Work closely with carriers and internal operations teams
Build and grow accounts while hitting clear performance targets
Help shape the sales culture and processes of a scaling division
This role provides exposure to both sales and operations, creating a strong foundation for long-term growth in logistics, account management, or sales leadership.
