What You'll Do As a Wellness Membership Advisor, you're the heart of the front desk — welcoming clients, managing scheduling and check-ins, and guiding new visitors into our Elements Wellness Program through a proven, relationship-focused sales process. You'll handle daily operations so our therapists can focus on what they do best, all while keeping the studio running smoothly, cleanly, and on-brand. Natural Connector — You build rapport quickly, listen actively, and make every client feel genuinely welcome Sales-Driven — You're motivated by goals and skilled at converting interest into membership through in-person, relationship-focused selling Service-Minded — You turn client concerns into great customer service stories, and you take pride in creating exceptional experiences Organized & Tech-Savvy — You're comfortable with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, Gmail, and learning new systems quickly Team Player — You contribute to a clean, calm, professional studio environment and support your teammates every day Flexible — You're available to work evenings and weekends as needed Prior retail sales or spa/hospitality customer service experience is preferred but not required — we'll train the right person.
