Responsibilities
Manage product setup, maintenance, and compliance across retailer systems (POL, PCN, Spark, IMN, and related platforms)
Handle quote submissions, documentation uploads, promotional entries, and product onboarding across all channels
Maintain and update pricing, lead times, pack formats, and promotional schedules in alignment with internal and retailer systems
Coordinate cross-functionally with Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Costing, and Design to ensure on-time delivery and flawless execution
Prepare item trackers, sales reports, digital shelf audits, and support materials for line reviews and buyer meetings
Monitor retailer scorecards and compliance KPIs; proactively identify and resolve gaps
Manage sample tracking, packaging approvals, and timelines for launches and resets
Support digital growth through content uploads, asset management, and .com optimization
Qualifications
Experience: Background in sales coordination, retail operations, or vendor support roles
Strong working knowledge of POL, PCN, Spark, IMN, and/or other major retail platforms
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ERP experience (SAP, Pronto, or similar) preferred
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-driven
Required Skills

Strong commercial and operational thinking
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)

Comfortable leading cross-functional meetings and managing complex retail timelines
