This is a full-time, on-site role located in New York, NY for a Sales and Marketing Representative. Key responsibilities include driving sales by building strong customer relationships, promoting Unison Jewelry products and services, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves supporting marketing initiatives, executing sales strategies, conducting product presentations, and training customers on product features and benefits. Collaboration with team members and consistent engagement with clientele to achieve sales targets is essential. Qualifications
Strong skills in communication, interpersonal interaction, and relationship building Excellent customer service abilities to ensure a seamless customer experience Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience in training customers or team members and executing sales & marketing campaigns Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment Passion for jewelry and an understanding of the luxury retail market is a plus Previous experience in sales or marketing roles preferred, but not required
