to join their fully remote team. In this role, you will support the marketing department by coordinating projects, managing marketing data, assisting with Google Ads, social media and email campaigns, and handling a variety of administrative marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting
B2B marketing teams in a coordination or administrative
capacity
and be comfortable managing multiple priorities across several marketing channels. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to keep marketing projects running smoothly. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team and play a key role in supporting marketing operations. Responsibilities
Provide project and administrative support to the Marketing and nationwide Sales team Maintain organized marketing files including photography, testimonials, and campaign assets Manage, monitor, and report on Google Ads campaign performance Support email campaigns and monthly newsletters using Constant Contact templates Enter and manage website-generated sales leads within the CRM system Compile marketing performance data and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint Publish social media posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram Research promotional materials and monitor inventory for trade shows and events Coordinate logistics and scheduling for marketing photo shoots and brand initiatives Monitor the company website for accuracy and coordinate updates as needed Proofread marketing content for accuracy and adherence to brand voice Collect employee bios, secure professional headshots, and order business cards Build and maintain SharePoint libraries of marketing materials (ex: Sales Team Map) Qualifications

administrative & coordination experience is required Experience with
