
Intermediate Interior Designer - Luxury Residential

We are seeking a talented
Intermediate Interior Designer
to join a collaborative and design-driven studio working across
luxury multifamily residential and luxury hospitality projects . This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who is confident taking ownership of projects and eager to be involved in
every stage of the design process , from early concept through to final installation. The ideal candidate will be
Revit-proficient
and comfortable stepping into projects with momentum, contributing immediately to both the creative and technical sides of the work. You will work closely with senior leadership while also taking initiative, helping to drive projects forward and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants. Key Responsibilities
Contribute to
concept design, design development, and construction documentation
for luxury multifamily and hospitality projects Produce
high-quality drawings and documentation in Revit Participate in
client meetings, presentations, and design discussions Develop
FF&E packages , including sourcing, specification, and budgeting Utilize
Studio Designer
to manage FF&E specifications and procurement processes Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle Support
vendor relationships and procurement processes , ensuring design intent is maintained through installation Assist in
site coordination and project execution , seeing projects through from concept to completion Ideal Candidate
5–8 years of professional experience
within a reputable interior design or architecture studio Strong experience working on
luxury multifamily residential and/or luxury hospitality projects Proficient in Revit
with the ability to produce detailed drawing sets Experience with
Studio Designer or similar FF&E management software Confident participating in
client presentations and consultant coordination Strong understanding of
materials, furnishings, and custom detailing Highly organized with the ability to
manage multiple project phases simultaneously A proactive designer who can
hit the ground running
