Role & Responsibilities VacationRenter is seeking a

Growth Marketer

to help shape the growth trajectory of VacationRenter’s digital user acquisition efforts. This is a high-impact position where you'll own strategy, execution, and optimization across a wide range of digital marketing channels. Your primary mission: drive high-quality traffic and ultimately convert users into loyal travelers.

You’ll lead initiatives to identify new digital channels to test as well as lead optimization and expansion of existing non-SEM performance marketing channels. In the near future, you will also drive mobile app downloads and activations via channels such as Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, and Meta. You’ll partner closely with product, analytics, and engineering teams to build scalable acquisition funnels, optimize conversion events, and ensure full-funnel tracking and attribution.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, loves experimentation, and can think both strategically and tactically. You should bring a strong analytical mindset, creative testing instincts, and a passion for building performance marketing programs that move the needle. This role is ideal for a self-starter who’s excited to take ownership, test aggressively, and help shape how millions of users find and book their next vacation.

This role will report directly to the Head of Growth. This is a full-time hybrid position, based in Dallas.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

5–7+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing

Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns efficiently across multiple channels

Experience working with mobile app products, ideally in travel, marketplaces, or e-commerce

Strong analytical mindset with comfort in A/B testing and data analysis

Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Experience with emerging technologies, including AI to automate workflows and increase efficiency

Startup or high-growth company experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications & Prior Experience

Prior startup experience working at an early-stage company

Background in the travel industry

Demonstrated experience creating and optimizing successful marketing campaigns

Prior experience working on search experience or marketplace products

Experience with marketing attribution modeling

Complex advertising account management experience

Deep understanding of mobile measurement platforms (e.g., Adjust, Appsflyer) and analytics tools (e.g., Looker, GA4, Mixpanel)

Experience leveraging AI tools to generate marketing content (static image and short-form video)

Prior experience working with multiple brands
