Shaheen & Gordon, P.A., Attorneys at Law, is seeking a detail-oriented full-time Marketing Coordinator to join the firm’s in-house Marketing Department. This position’s location may be flexible depending on the candidate’s preference but would be based in one of the firm’s New Hampshire offices (Manchester, Concord, or Nashua) with some office-to-office travel, including to out of state offices. Initial training will primarily take place in Manchester. The marketing coordinator will assist the entire marketing department and manage recurring/administrative tasks. Responsibilities Manage online directory platforms, including updating attorney and location listings. Perform media trafficking functions and invoice reconciliation. Assist with coordination of firm sponsorship activities and partner organizations. Assist with email marketing and social media coordination. Plan and execute simple marketing events, such as open houses and meet and greets. Attend sponsorship and marketing events to act as a brand ambassador. Assist with pulling recurring reports for analysis of marketing performance. Collaborate with marketing team on brainstorming new ideas to promote the firm’s services and brand. Assist with other day-to-day marketing activities as needed. Required Skills/Abilities Must demonstrate an ability to comprehend technical content topics, i.e. legal Must have strong computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency Must have strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and be able to multi-task Must be willing to accept and incorporate constructive feedback Must be able to meet deadlines Must be able to work independently and as a team Must have a professional and friendly attitude Must have proficiency on key social media channels: IG/FB/TikTok/LI/etc. Experience with Adobe Suite, or other design software a plus. Photography and videography experience a plus. Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing or reporting software is a plus.
