$40 Job Description: We are seeking a
Government & Capital Property Specialist
to support government property management activities in Huntsville, AL. The role involves administering contract provisions related to the acquisition, control, use, inventory, and disposition of government property. The specialist will maintain property records, support audits, conduct physical inventories, and ensure compliance with
Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
and contractual requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience with
government or aerospace property management (preferably NASA-related) , knowledge of
property loss processes , and familiarity with
DCMA or similar auditing standards . Responsibilities include managing property lifecycle activities, documenting property movements, reconciling inventory, and supporting contract closeout activities. Requirements: Experience with government property management (NASA/aerospace preferred) Knowledge of

property loss tools/processes Experience supporting
government property audits (DCMA preferred) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with
3+ years of related work experience
