Job Position: Digital Marketing Specialist
Overview
PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and push notification channels, focusing on retention and engagement with existing clients. This role will collaborate closely with the Brand & Communications Strategist and the creative team to develop targeted campaigns that align with the overall customer journey strategy. The Digital Marketing Specialist will focus on building personalized, data-driven communications to drive customer loyalty and engagement while continuously improving campaign performance through A/B testing and analytics. Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
: Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and push notification channels aimed at retaining and engaging existing clients. Build automated workflows that deliver timely and personalized messages at key points in the customer journey. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that email and push notification designs are visually appealing and aligned with the brand’s voice and messaging. Optimization & A/B Testing
: Continuously optimize campaigns by conducting A/B testing on subject lines, content, and design elements to improve engagement and conversion rates. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) and provide insights on how to refine and improve future campaigns. Implement segmentation strategies to ensure targeted and relevant communications for various customer segments. Work closely with the Brand & Communications Strategist to ensure that all digital marketing efforts align with the overall communication strategy. Coordinate with the creative team to ensure timely and effective delivery of email and push notification assets. Partner with the Lifecycle Marketing Specialist - Social Media to create cohesive, multi-channel campaigns that seamlessly blend digital and social strategies. Analytics & Reporting
Regularly review campaign performance and report on key metrics such as engagement, conversions, and customer retention. Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for future campaign strategies and improvements. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to implement innovative strategies for campaign effectiveness. Minimum Requirements
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email, SMS, and/or push notifications. Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, MoEngage, OneSignal, Twilio, Tata). Cross-Channel Marketing and Communication Platforms. Experience with Social Media Marketing: Specifically, Facebook, and Google Ads. Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. SALARY RANGE:
$70K to $80K Benefits
