We are seeking an experienced

Event Marketing Manager

to lead the design and execution of premium, high-impact events that deepen relationships with enterprise clients and generate new business opportunities. This role balances strategic vision with hands-on execution. You will orchestrate events including executive roundtables, private client experiences, industry conferences, hackathons, and summits. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll collaborate with teams across the company to craft and execute event strategies that amplify our AI platform’s impact. These events aim to enhance brand presence, foster community engagement, and showcase our AI solutions. Your profile

Key Responsibilities

Event Strategy & Planning Develop and implement a strategic events calendar aligned with enterprise sales and marketing goals; create detailed project plans with timelines, budgets, and risk management; plan and produce high-end client events such as executive dinners, private forums, curated networking experiences, and industry conferences. Client & Executive Engagement Partner with sales leadership to design events that support relationship-building with key enterprise accounts; coordinate executive-level programming including speaker sessions, panel discussions, and thought leadership experiences; foster relationships with industry leaders and influencers to promote our event offerings. Event Execution Lead planning and execution of events such as hackathons, summits, executive roundtables, and VIP dinners; manage end-to-end event logistics including venue selection, vendors, production, and guest experience; ensure events deliver a premium experience consistent with our enterprise brand. Marketing Integration Collaborate with demand generation and content teams to align event messaging and promotion; design and execute marketing campaigns utilizing digital platforms, social media, and email outreach; track and report on event performance, pipeline impact, and ROI. Vendor & Budget Management Manage event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, ensure cost efficiency; build relationships with high-end venues, agencies, and production partners; oversee timelines and deliverables across multiple events simultaneously. Post-Event Analysis Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to assess event success; analyze performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to inform future strategies. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of experience in B2B event marketing/field marketing, preferably in AI technology, SaaS, or enterprise software. Experience planning executive-level or high-touch client events. Experience managing events targeted at Fortune 500 or global enterprise audiences. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams and senior executives. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver premium experiences. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with senior executives and industry leaders. Nice to Have

Experience in AI, data, analytics, or enterprise SaaS. Background in account-based marketing (ABM) events. What We Offer
