We are looking for a creative, motivated, and strategic Recruiter & Social Media Specialist to strengthen our digital presence, increase traffic to our job postings, and attract highly skilled professionals to join our talent community.

Role Summary

The Recruiter & Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle while developing and executing digital strategies that enhance QRC Group’s visibility and employer brand across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering, quality, validation, compliance, operations, and technical roles.

Develop clear and engaging job postings to maximize reach and candidate conversions.

Perform resume screening, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.

Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future client projects.

Represent QRC Group at job fairs, industry events, and recruitment initiatives.

Social Media & Talent Attraction

Develop content strategies to attract skilled professionals and grow our online talent community.

Manage QRC Group’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Create visual and multimedia content, including graphics, reels, videos, and branded posts.

Monitor analytics and adjust content strategies to improve engagement and audience reach.

Drive traffic to job postings and strengthen QRC’s employer brand presence.

Collaborate with Marketing to maintain brand consistency and content alignment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

1–3 years of recruitment experience; experience in regulated industries is a plus.

Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms and developing content.

Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Creativity, initiative, and strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting in pharmaceutical, biotech, engineering, or regulated industries.

Experience using Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools.

Familiarity with ATS platforms.
