AXS is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and create visuals that reflect AXS’ visual identity. The designer acts as the keeper and main point of contact for our visual branding, and champions brand standards, templates, and guidelines across presentations. What You’ll Do
Build beautiful, highly customized presentations that reflect AXS’ visual identity Translate complex information into presentation slides with strong narrative, hierarchy, balance, color theory, and typography Manage multiple projects with various deadlines Design and create easy-to-use Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides templates for company-wide use Develop, deliver, and maintain a library of content and creative assets Maintain our visual branding in presentations and champion brand standards, templates, and guidelines Understand the Business Development and Sales team vision and adapt while staying on brand Regularly refresh presentation templates to keep the team engaged Collaborate with internal stakeholders from Business Development and Sales What You’ll Bring
2-4 years of experience working with senior staff and executives on critical projects with minimal supervision 2-4 years of professional experience in a marketing/graphic design role BA or BS in Graphic/Visual Arts, HCI, or related area / equivalent experience Strong ownership and accountability toward projects Strong collaboration, communication, estimation, and multi-tasking skills while overseeing user experience development Highly proficient in Figma and other industry-standard design software Understanding of corporate branding, layout, color theory, and typography in digital and print media Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation and information design, with skills in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, and InDesign Understanding of presentation technology (aspect ratios, projectors, sound, video) Keeps up with design and industry trends to deliver cutting-edge presentations Self-motivated with strong communications skills Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams Additional Information
Must include your portfolio and work samples with relevant user-centered design work Bonus Points

$69,000 - $76,000 Bonus
