Customs Brokerage Entry Write
Prepare customs entries for all shipments to be submitted to U.S. Customs in a timely manner.
Review documents to check for accuracy and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
Identify products subject to OGA’s.
Derives Harmonized schedule tariff and enter OGA/PGA data.
Interface with customers on CBP, OGA delivery and irregularities.
Manage daily tracking report for open shipments.
Track and trace shipments and coordinate with the steamship lines, freight forwarders and CFS on the availability of imported shipments.
Issue delivery orders, arrange with trucking companies for pick-up and delivery.
Handle accounting processes including the issuance of invoices and freight bill approval.
Additional duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field preferred.
Customs Broker License is a plus, but not required
3–5 years of relevant experience with a strong understanding of current U.S. Customs regulations and Harmonized Tariff Codes
Proficiency in CargoWise One
Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail
Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
