The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Conejo Valley is seeking a passionate and drivenClub Director to lead one of our Club sites and help shape the future of the youth we serve.
Since opening in 2003, we have grown to become one of the largest Boys & Girls Clubs organizations in Southern California. Each day, we provide a safe, positive environment for youth in grades K–8 — empowering them to achieve academic success, live healthy lifestyles, and develop strong character and citizenship.

What You’ll Do
As Club Director, you are the heartbeat of the Club. You will:
Lead daily operations to ensure a safe, engaging, and high-quality Club experience
Inspire, coach, and develop a team of staff and volunteers
Build strong partnerships with schools, families, and community leaders
Oversee budgeting, reporting, and compliance requirements
Grow membership and deepen family engagement
Represent the Club at community events and meetings
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Minimum five (5) years of experience in nonprofit management, youth development, or related field, including staff supervision
Experience in program development and community engagement
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience working directly with youth preferred
Compensation
Salary Range: $68,640 – $70,020 annually
The salary range represents the anticipated base pay for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, education, internal equity, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Employment Requirements
Employment is contingent upon:
Live Scan fingerprint clearance and background check (in accordance with California law and the Fair Chance Act)
TB testing and clearance
