Overview

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: The Sales Administrator will work with the sales and operations teams to support Mohawk's sales objectives. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for the following: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, inside sales, partners, and resellers nationwide. Enter orders for Mohawk customers and government partners sales. Work with sales and service on scheduling and completion of installations that are part of the order process. Provide data, quotes, and other information to and for key accounts, inside sales, partners, and resellers nationwide. Develop and apply a full understanding of the pricing models, government contracts, and the terms and conditions associated with various product lines to effectively coordinate with partners and customers to increase sales and streamline sales fulfillment. Complete weekly sales report and share sales/pipeline data with key parties as requested. Administer/Project Manage and support Mohawk\'s RFP, RFQ, and general bidding process, and maintain associated documentation. Maintain documentation and records pertinent to all prospective sales opportunities, including maintaining and monitoring Mohawk\'s CRM database. Maintain conformance with safety rules and regulations. If you see or are made aware of a safety-related issue or concern, immediately address it or inform management. Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment while on the production floor. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by management. Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements

A high school degree is required; college education is preferred. At least 2 years consistently delivering highly accurate work with minimal errors. At least 2 years of experience managing high-volume workflow in a customer service type environment. At least 3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role. Must be able to demonstrate meeting goals and expectations. Must be able to read, write, and speak English and be understood. Must be computer savvy including high level online research techniques, CRM tools, and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Prior experience using an ERP system preferred. Experience working for a manufacturing company is preferred. Experience working with contracts or bids is preferred. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
